and also how to apply for it..in short the procedure and all.

Did you try googling C_TAW12_731? That will take you to the SAP training website, which has it pretty much covered:

- topic areas

- sample questions

- cut score

- a link to book your exam

Tip: You might consider taking C_TAW12_740, which is the more recent version.
