C_S4HDEV1909 - Programming in SAP S/4HANA, for SAP NetWeaver ABAP Programmers

Hi,

In the SAP Certification Hub, I found an exam: "C_S4HDEV1909 - SAP Certified Development Associate - Programming in SAP S/4HANA, for SAP NetWeaver ABAP Programmers".

Unfortunately I can't seem to find any details on the training website. Is there any other location where I can find the relevant course materials?

Good catch. I've never noticed this exam before. Perhaps a new/upcoming certificate? Would make sense as there are currently no S/4-specific development certificates offered.

Hi Geert-Jan,

The list of certifications on the (externally hosted) Certification Hub appears not to match 1:1 with the list of currently valid certifications

• training.sap.com/certification/validity

From a quick div, I notice that the hub lists 176 certifications while the training portal lists 147. Most of these concern expired certifications (1809, HANA SPS 04, etc.); it looks like there is a delay with the update of the Certification Hub.

Should the C_S4HDEV1909 certification be made publicly available, you should find it listed on the validity list with links to the exam page and the corresponding training on the SAP Training website.

I can't locate anything on this. The closest SAP Learning Journey I could find is this: https://help.sap.com/doc/221f8f84afef43d29ad37ef2af0c4adf/HP_2.0/en-US/138b6c1f704243f19e76668d1769e... - it references 1809 and I don't see a related certfication

This probably is already a good starting point! Although I'm going to assume that additional topics (e.g. RAP) might be on the exam compared to the 1809 version.
