C++/Java to SAP

Hi,

I am having 7 years of experience in C++ with 3-4 years of Java experience. I have done few projects on SOA using Web-Methods. I am planning to change my career to SAP Netweaver XI. Can some advise me the career path.

Also it will be great if you provide me the reference links to learn more about SAP Netweaver XI and emerging trends in SAP.
