C_ACTIVATE22 or C_ACT_2403

Hi, I'm going to schedule my first SAP Activate exam, but I noticed that C_ACTIVATE22 will retire soon and I also noticed this new one C_ACT_2403.

Are the C_ACT_2403 the new version of C_ACTIVATE22?

Which one should I go for? Because C_ACTIVATE22 is still available.
