2. Have a diversity of industry and managerial layers that represent the area your university resides.
o Include University members from each university program area
o Professionals who have the knowledge of practice
o People who are making 5yr, 10yr decisions u2013 they have the vision for future
3. Executives and practicing managers who have expertise in the area of interest and are willing to advise curriculum content
o Help define pedagogical content u2013 current and future
o Help identifying skill sets that are current in the market space u2013 what is in demand
