What are the top ideas for building quality research publications? Is there anything you want to share that came out of the poster session on research or at the breakout session?
Request clarification before answering.
And along that idea here is a call for papers for the mini-track at HICSS 2011. Note due date for papers is June 15.

Enterprise Systems Integration: Issues and Answers
Mini-track: Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems are becoming mature infrastructure in many organizations. Many firms are looking beyond the internal business processes of their company and extending their information systems to include systems in other organizations. Linking these systems together is the objective of the emerging field of Enterprise Integration through technologies such as Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and more recently Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). This mini-track seeks to explore issues, both academic and organizational, surrounding the integration of Enterprise Systems, including new uses for ERP, but also linking ERP systems to other systems via EAI or SOA. Topics of special interest include the following:
u2022 Implementation issues and concerns (ERP, EAI and/or SOA)
u2022 Support (on-going and initial start-up) issues
u2022 Training and retention of qualified staff
u2022 Upgrade and versioning issues (ERP and/or EAI)
u2022 Extending the ERP system beyond the organizational boundaries
u2022 EAI/SOA implementation benefits, barriers and costs, methodologies, standards and issues
u2022 Tailoring ERP to meet diverse corporate needs.
u2022 Benefit and cost management of integrated enterprise systems
u2022 Worlds best practices for integrated business
u2022 Measuring ERP, SOA and EAI performance and evaluating costs and benefits
