Request clarification before answering.
BPC is a specific course, may not giving the training at SAP Education Partners. They are mostly giving normal modules.
SAP will conduct the batches based on the requirement and number of intending participants.
Please note the rates are exorbitant, unless you are extremely rich, not afford such education.
You should have skills of
15% SAP FICO
15% BI / BOBJ
10% MS Excel
10% VB and SQL etc.
50% BPC
Then you will become complete BPC Consultant. If you have ABAP with you, then it is bonus.
Please contact SAP Education India, they would advise you.
Regards,
Ravi

Amit,
There are basically 4 major areas/sub-modules of BPC. These are brkien into the following SAP training:
BPC 410 MS Administration
BPC 420 NW Administration
BPC 430 Reporting
BPC 440 Consolidation
Attempting BPC certifiaction means you are considerably skilled/trained in these four areas. Going for these four SAP trainings is quite essential as the sessions are designed to cover all the certification curriculum.

I recently went for the 420 and in the course of my looking for training centre I discover the South African SAP Academy much cheaper than most:
Hope it helps.
