BOCP-BOE Certification not received after 4 months

Hi,

I have completed my BOCP-BOE certification on 23-Dec-2009 (all 3 levels)from Pearson Vue centre in Kolkata.But I have not received the hard copies of my certificate.I just want to know how long it will take to dispatch my certificate?

My Crystal Id is:C0000012719

and S user ID is:S0006572550

I have contacted the kps.businessobjects.kt twice.but did not receive any replies.

This is a complete lapse in the whole system.

SAP should wake up.

You CANNOT expect this to happen for life time.

It seems you are one of those thousand victims who suffered with this Pearson Test Center.

Is there any advantage giving test at these test centers.

This is just not your case but number of consultants suffered a lot with these test centers.

Why you have not given the test diectly with SAP.

Anyway, happened is happened and you have spent lot of money and still suffering.

Please bring this up with SAP Education Team in India (but still I doubt they will give any good solution to your problem)

It is complete lapse on the part of SAP as well as Pearson. Total ridiculous and pathetic in dealing with the examinees.

In case if you do not get your certificate, then go to Consumer Forum so that the root level deficiency in the Certification System will get rectified in future (just a hope)
