hi i would like to go for certification n training which mode of training is best online or  ILTC (Instructor Led Training )

Dear Nirav,

OLT is meant for professionals  so as to pursue on-job training  on the module they are working.
ILT is for  those who are on the other side that is desiring full time training.
Certification  Exam doesn't need  benifits of  ILT or real time experience or even OLT if you are already into certification programme.

I myself have undergone for OLT.

Certification exam can be cracked by anybody who have studied thoroughly the SAP Certification Course books. Ofcourse prepare a demo test in many online sites also trying  certification
does  help.

To gain some real time scenarios local institutes are sometimes good  as  Professional Individuals  are being hired to train the aspirants. Also you can have ghost installation or Server Access for Demo IDES and you can practice.

Hi Nirav,

Its so simple to get server access..
In Facebook there are plenty of people  advertising their own links as they are service providers. I feel like they are spamming, but you can surely pick any one of them.. Join the group SAP Consultants and related groups and you will see their adv every now and then.
Basically you need a SAP GUI and  then an internet connection, after that a good amount of money thats is 1000/- per month till you avail the server access.
Most of them are from HYD or BLORE..

can you please little clear about your back ground and domain experience . Do the basic search in scn you can find various modules in sap .
