Part of the answer depends on your local market. You may have to take some very "low-end" assignments to gain that year or so of experience, but it is possible.

Things to keep in mind:

1. Don't ask for interview questions, or embellish your resume. A very experienced ABAP developer will be able to sniff this out.

2. Hands-on project experience outweighs any type of certification. Certification is just a way of getting you in the door for conversation.

3. The gravy train days are over. In other words the days of being able to spell SAP or ABAP and receiving a high-end position just won't work.

4. Find an honest way to gain real implementation experience.

5. Take some business classes or get your MBA if you can. This will allow you to better understand the requirements given to you and will allow you to migrate to the high-level work.

BTW: Most of the people on the coffee corner are generally friendly, just grumpy at times. The general prevailing attitude here, is that people should have to the "basic work" before asking for help. It's not that we don't mind helping people, but we don't want to do all the work for them.

Good luck,

Stephen

Hi,

As you are not having any of domain experience u cant join as a fresher in any company.

Atleast they need domain experience.

You must find out ways.

I recommend this is not the best place to ask a question like yours as most of them consider themselves as born abapers.

Most of them either make fun or criticise you.

Three things that are important for you for the future ahead 1) Confidence 2) patience 3) cool head over your shoulders .

Thanks

Sure, why not? And shouldn't you have asked this before the training?
