I am true Accountant with BS in Accounting and MBA . My background in SAP is as a end user. However, I truly want to start a career in SAP FI CO, I want to get certified and go through placement. It is my hope that Traning and Certification would be ideal to allow me to be placed. Or would I need more experience, as well. I need to know what employers and or places are flexible for entry level

Hi Talisa - rather than FI/CO, I recommend looking at S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO are combined in S/4HANA) - see the SAP Learning Journeys at https://help.sap.com/doc/221f8f84afef43d29ad37ef2af0c4adf/HP_2.0/en-US/500598137a2610148e90bf8b115da...
To get familiar with SAP, also take any S/4HANA free Open SAP course at open.sap.com
Certification is good, but real world experience counts - you have that as a SAP user, and perhaps consider courses at the SAP Learning Hub - learninghub.sap.com
