Hi,

I i'm trying to get access to SAP Credential Manager. i sent email to credential-manager@sap.com; i tried to fill the personal form. but nothing is working with me.

please advice

I think so, but no Problem, write them a eMail and the will send you a certificate with Post.

Hello Iva,

sorry for my late return. This was a Campus certification Event. Please, reach out to your nearest SAP Education to get an Account or the existing account updated with your e-mail address.

Campus accounts are edited without e-mail address - so we can't create an Credential Manager entry.

Hello Sagar,

mail was sent out. Note: your User was created with the Certificate ID. As both ID's are listed under ATOS I did not change it to your preferred ID. This can be changed but this does not help with regards to SSO - as Credential Manager does not support this.

Harald, I had some problems with my connection during the activation and I couldn't complete the activation process.

Now, when I try to access the url again I receive a message saying that the URL was already used.

Is there any way to receive a new activation url?

I've done my certification exam SAP Procurement successfully, but I have not received mail from SAP Credential

I have not yet had CREDENTIAL SAP response with respect to the activation email.

I have an ID in SAP SCN shown below.

the Account listed does not hold any Exam record. I assume you did your Exam with our Partner PearsonVUE. If yes, could you please send in the letter (credential-manager@sap.com) you received from them directly after the Exam?

All certified consultant will receive an email with a link which activate your certified ID.

If you haven't receive any email regarding SAP Credential Manager, just wait for it.

I did pass two exams few month ago. Email never came.

I did send an email to credential-manager@sap.com few weeks ago - nobody responds.

I'm certified, have tried to reset my pwd via the credential mgr website, have sent an email to credential-manager@sap.com but all in vain.

I did not receive a reset pwd mail from the website, did not get a reply from credential-manager@sap.com and did not receive the login mail

Would you be able to also help me out?

Thanks alot, I got the account created, but i can't see my old certificate "C_TADM51_70"

As per the Credential Manager Login FAQs

Which says that C_TADM51_70 still valid.

thank you for the confirmation about your Account.

That list was valid in 2014. I'm not sure why you can still load this. Please, connect to: https://training.sap.com/certification and select the "List of Valid Certificates".

If you still got the same old List clear your Browser cache first, please.

I have had the same experience as most on this thread

I cannot reset my password

I passed my exam 10 June 2016

I sent a mail to credential-manager@sap.com. I received an email saying that my account was activated, but I never got an email prior to this saying so.

I responded and said that I am still not able to log in, the reset options do not send anything to my email address. I also get no responses from credential-manager@sap.com.

Please advise what I can do to get this resolved to get to my certificate

We now have your data and your certificate will be transferred to Credential Manager within the next 24 hours. You will then receive an email from Credential Manager. Use that email to opt into the system to benefit from the services offered by Credential Manager.
