Hi,
I recently purchased a license for SAP Learning Hub. However, when I log into https://learning.sap.com/my-learning/subscription, I am unable to see any Learning Hub product associated with my account.
As a result, when I try to access the "Stay Certified" section for my existing certifications via https://learning.sap.com/my-learning/certifications, I’m redirected to https://www.sap.com/training-certification/learning-hub.html as if I need to purchase a new subscription. When I click “Buy Now,” I receive a message stating: “We found an active subscription of SAP Learning Hub for your company”, which confirms that the license is active.
Additionally, when accessing https://me.sap.com, I noticed that the license assigned to my account is listed as SAP Learning Hub, partner edition. However, during the purchase process, I specifically selected the standard edition, and I never had the option to choose the partner edition.
I already contacted SAP Learning Support (Case ID: 5000126579), but I only received basic troubleshooting steps, which unfortunately did not resolve the issue.
As time is critical to maintain my certifications, I kindly request your urgent support in resolving this access problem.
