There are many books that may be helpful. I listed a few in my post Learning SAP when you don't have an SAP job already - Books. You should also carefully read the topics listed in the competency area tab for the ABAP C_TAW12_70 exam. Not only are the topics listed but also the relative weight of each topic. For example, there are going to be more questions on Basic ABAP programs and interfaces creation (+++) than there are about Table relationships ( + ).
