Hi Gurus,
I am Certified in SAP-ABAP Workbench 2 years back.
I have been working in ABAP for more than 3 years in HR and FICO...
I have learnt BI/BW 3.5 and XI.
Now I am thinking that it is a time for other certification and move ahead in career...
So I am worried whether to switch to BI or XI..
Or Go Ahead in the Functional side...
Which side we have we have good oppurtunities...
How about SAP-CRM,SCM etc..
Suggest me a best thing and I would strongly focus on that...
And I will be thankful if you provide me some links or place where we can get HR Functional stuff...
Hi Kumarsap,
I Agree with karthik, u dnt need to switch to other domain when u have good ABAP/HR experience.
Still if u want then i will suggest for BI as right now its having more potential in market. About SAP-CRM or functional u need to have good domain experience because without that its very difficult to get good prj oppurtunities.
Regards
Priyanka

HI Kumar,
You are already in golden container and i dont no y r u searching for other ones .....
abap-hr is the most demanded one now a days. you have experience in that. have you done cerrtification in it?if not do it.
still you want to migrate ......or learn bi and xi both are best in that i can tell you to choose for BI.
my best suggestion is to dont get migrate from present context. learn things. if you feel the move is important, then give a go.
all the best
happy learning,
thanks
karthik.
