Q: Does the subscription provide the course training materials?

A: Learning Hub – yes, it is the same as in the classroom, formatted in flipbook format

Q: Can every single individual be listed in Credential Manager or is it by company?

A: It is by individual; first certified and opt-in to use credential manager – not by company

Q: Cloud certification - Six exams – are they six of the exams?

A: You can take each exam 3 times

You can take 6 different exams if you pass them all the first time

Q: Can we appear for functional modules through Cloud online?

A: You can do the ones that are available through the certification hub – no hands-on testing

Q: Should we take the training first before the certification?

A: Yes, SAP recommends this but there is no restriction

Q: What is difference between ILT certification and Learning Hub?

A: No difference; if you go to Pearson Vue or after being in training center or Certification Hub – exams are all the same format

Q: Can you download the handbook from Learning Hub?

A: Limited downloadability of handbooks at the moment; option to download to mobile device – can’t access after subscription is over

Q: For SAP certification, do we need a desktop with a camera?

A: If through Certification Hub, yes

Q: Would my certification still be valid if I don’t update with delta?

A: You will have up to 6 months to take delta exam; core certification is still valid but you are encouraged to take delta

Q: Is it possible to take cloud certification without training?

A: Recommend take courses but if you just want to sit for exam you can do that

Q: Is Cloud Certification available in all countries?

A: Yes, only in English – no translation at this time

Q: Could you explain certification sign up

A: Purchase certification hub subscription then you can sign up for any exam, and then proctor will be there when scheduled

Q: Do Delta exams incur extra costs?

A: They are part of your subscription for the Certification Hub

Q: Cost for Learning Hub?

A: There is a yearly subscription fee for named user – then access is provided

Q: Can there be a discount fee for second retake?

A: If not cloud exam, then you can take up to 3 retakes – that is part of cost of exam

Q: Can we buy more than 6 exams in a year?

A: Yes; as soon as first subscription is fulfilled

A: No stats, but depends on individual consultant

Q: What is the passing mark for an exam?

A: It is different for every exam; SAP does standard setting for every exam
