We live in a world of change, the climate is rough, and we must expect even heavier seas to come. Are you a good sailor? Is your company seaworthy? Will the industry you are operating in keep afloat?

This issue of the “360° – the Business Transformation Journal” is dedicated to the combination of transformational capabilities and new digital skills to be developed. Both are necessary for enterprises to keep afloat in the rough seas of upcoming challenges. We also initiate a series of industry-specific contributions; this time we provide insights into the airline business, the insurance sector, and the automotive history of one specific country.
