Students, professors, and community members will meet Max Peer and hear his message: that we need a more sustainable culture…that it’s achievable through education…and with resources from IDF on topics like Design Thinking, technology can be simpler and more human-centered, leading to a better run world.

SAP University Alliances, Interaction-Design Foundation (IDF), and Towson University are pleased to announce the Share the Knowledge Tour will stop at Towson on June 14, 2013.
In mid-May in Orlando, IDF’s biker, Max, began a four-year around the world bike and canoe journey. Over the next six months Max will bike and canoe more than 6,000 miles, visiting universities across North America to share his story with professors, students, and local communities. Mile by mile, city by city, university by university Max is promoting open access to quality educational materials. Education is the single most powerful way to lift people out of poverty and change lives, and Max will share this vision at every stop. View this video preview and check out the bike tour website.
