In August 2014, based on the good cooperative relationships between UCC China and Erdos government, UA China came to Erdos to organize its workshop and successfully signed MOU with the government on talent cultivation. In the morning of Day 1, we hosted the opening in The School of Erdos Technology. At the beginning, head of the Human Resources& Social Security Bureau gave the welcome speech ,in which he showed warm welcome for UA program’s coming and wished that more local universities could adopt the program to improve local students quality and help on employment rate for the fresh graduates, besides, he also expressed the ideas of further cooperation with UAP and intended to sign MOU with SAP on talent cultivation not only on University students but also include “Young thinker”. Then Jenny represented SAP to welcome all the participants and expressed the thankfulness to the support from local government. And Prof. Li, Vice Dean of Computer Science School, Beijing Jiaotong University shared the information of UCC China to all and introduced our new model.
The Train-the-Trainer Workshop contains 4 courses: Introduction to SAP ERP, Accounting Information System, SAP HANA, and Design Thinking Workshop. There were totally 66 faculties from 33 institutions participated this time.

Introduction to SAP ERP using GBI | ||||||
Thanks to Phiona Li, Channel Manager of Education China helped connected us to its certificated partner, Joincree, who promoted their SAP training courses to our professors, and also sponsored the Welcome Dinner, so in the night of Day 1 we organized an awarding ceremony together with the dinner for the faculties, 4 professors awarded as “Outstanding Contribution” and other 6 awarded as “Best Lecturer” by UA China.
On August 5th,after training courses, with the coordinating from local government, we came to visit the cashmere factory, with the explanation of their head and our GBI trainer, Prof. Feng, we also did know the production control on the manufacturing process.
After Design Thinking workshop, we invited Linda Fu from CSR to share the investment of SAP to student entrepreneurship, SAP CSR team is working with many Foundations to sponsor some young entrepreneur, and also
work with them to help the society to improve its teenager education. We need more advocates to join like university professors and students.
And this time, we helped arrange dinner for Sales and Education with some potential universities that with interest to purchase SAP system for ERP Laboratory, one is Xi’an International Studies University, and another is Shanxi University of Finance and Economics. We try to provide more training options to our member schools.
