Kwena Mabotja representing SAP University Alliances Africa, was welcomed by Enrico Jacobs at the Belgium campus on the 28th October 2014. Established in 1999 by Belgian entrepreneurs, Belgium Campus is dedicated to resolving the educational and unemployment challenges that are prevalent in South Africa. The programmes are constantly evolving and directly address the needs of industry. Belgium Campus boasts a 100% graduate employment rate and has been awarded R12 million towards bursaries and scholarships.

Kwena visited Belgium to introduce the SAP Dual Study Program which is being planned for implementation in Africa. The Dual Study Program combines university theoretical studies with the opportunity to take SAP certification during the academic year. This creates a rich pool of employable graduates who are empowered to find jobs, providing much needed skills to our partners and customers. SAP hopes to partner with Belgium to explore how Dual Study can be executed in South Africa.
