Kwena Mabotja, De Wet Naude and Gugu Budaza visited the German Schools in Pretoria on the 25th May 2015. The purpose of the visit was to introduce the UA Young Thinkers Portfolio with the objective of identifying potential areas of collaboration, in a bid to drive STEM skills. Helen Share (Vice Principle) and Tanith Barnes (Accounting Teacher) attended the meeting.
For the discussion the following points and/or action items were derived:
· A follow-up meeting with other staff members would be arranged to introduce the Young Thinkers Program
· A proposal would be developed to interact with the Gifted Children program run at the school.
SAP University Alliances looks forward to working with the German School on these initiatives.
