University Alliances received extraordinarily positive feedback from the SAP Partner organisations that attended the first UA Student InnoJam in Hannover during CeBIT 2013. So positive in fact that we are now going forward in our cooperation around the globe.
One year ago the cooperation of SAP University Alliances and SAP Ecosystem & Channels started attracting and educating new talent for the fast growing SAP Partnergroup.
In the beginning, the focus was mainly on the training class TERP 10 including certifications, now, within the SAP Talent Initiatives 2013 the program teams have started recruiting at diverse SAP University Alliances events like the InnoJams @CeBIT, a true Success Story for the collaboration of both teams.
Moving forward University Alliances will support the first Design Thinking Train-the-Trainer for the german SAP Talent Initiative team in calendar week 16. The aim is to roll-out Design Thinking approach when educating talents within various SAP Talent Initiatives for SAP Partner such as SAP HANA. Besides joint events, joint competitions are planned for the future: Starting in July, the first SAP HANA Summer Schools will start. Connected cars partners can do talent scouting and will gain sustainable contact to the students is established via this channel. Many potential candidates are already identified to join the Talent Net initiative and expand beyond DACH like e. g. leveraging the partner activities e. g. in India.
