Hi David,

Thank you for the update.

I have just started to look at the SAP Learning HUB, Learning rooms and Live access and I am a little confused. Could you please help me to find answers to some questions.

1. Can I buy an e-learning course from Training & Certification shop independent of the purchuse of SAP Learning HUB?

     a) If yes, is there provided live access to the relevant system in order to practice the excercises?

2. What is exactly the requirement to buy the SAP Learning HUB Customer edition? Do I need the S-number? Or is it available for everybody?

I am asking about it as the SAP HUB040 - Business User edition - that is available for everybody - does not contain many interesting courses, especially those related to the latest cloud solutions.

Of course if the answer to my first question is 'yes', this question is less relevant.

3. Assuming that I have a SAP Learning HUB for which I paid 2.500 EUR shall I additionally pay for single courses (see first question) or are they included in the HUB fee?

4. Does the purchase of SAP HUB040 give access to the Live Access (HUB120) for purchase of time slots for required courses?

I would appreciate your answers.

Best regards

Beata

Hi Beata -

ad 1) Yes, E-Learning course purchase is possible independently of a SAP Learning Hub subscription. There is no SAP Live Access available for those E-Learning courses.

ad 2) SAP Learning Hub, customer edition and business user edition are available to everyone. For purchase and access you will only need to register to the SAP Cloud ID service (= s-user). The content of the business user edition is geared towards the user profile while the content in the customer editions addresses primarily SAP professionals.

Ad 3) All E-Learning courses that are offered stand-alone are also available within the SAP Learning Hub, customer edition. No additional purchase required.

Ad 4) Yes, any SAP Learning Hub subscription (except for discovery edition) qualifies for complimentary purchase of SAP Live Access.

Hope this helps with your questions.
