SAP Global Certification Items in SAP Learning Hub
- For subscribers of the professional edition, and edition for people engagement -
From October, we are piloting SAP Global Certification items for SAP SuccessFactors to allow users to search for them directly within SAP Learning Hub. These items provide a central point to access materials needed to prepare for a SAP Global Certification exam, including an exam overview, Learning Journey guides, sample questions, relevant SAP Learning Rooms and a direct link to Certification Hub to schedule and take exams.
Learners can find the items by searching in the
Content Catalogue or filtering by delivery method using “Certifications”. After the pilot phase, we plan to roll certification items out for other SAP Global Certification exams and add these to Learning Journeys.
Learning Cards in SAP Learning Hub
- For subscribers of the professional edition -
To improve the self-study experience in SAP Learning Hub, we are working on a move of current e-books to an engaging and mobile ready learning format based on SAPUI5. The “learning cards” provide a modern responsive design and can include a content mix of text, graphics, videos, and quizzes. Learning cards are already used for some cloud solution topics and got a first positive feedback.
SAP Learning Hub subscribers are invited to contribute to this innovation project in an early stage and share their first impression and improvement ideas. The first pilots can be reviewed
here. The pilot program will be implemented first in the professional edition of SAP Learning Hub, and later will be implemented to further editions as well.
Learning Content Catalogue Update
A new “Direct Link” column has been added to the
Content Catalogue worksheet. This cuts out the extra step of manually searching for a course. With the appropriate subscription to a SAP Learning Hub edition, users are taken directly to the course when they click on the direct link.

Recast Bot Live on the Help Center for SAP Learning Hub
We have successfully set another Recast Bot live on the
help center for SAP Learning Hub.
The bot will help to answer your questions about any issues you may have with accessing and navigating in SAP Learning Hub. This way, you can have immediate help with any difficulties you might face, providing faster assistance and a better user experience. The bot will continuously be monitored and trained to improve the intent matching and answers.
