Availability of Learning Journeys in SAP Learning Hub

We are glad to announce that Learning Journey guides are now available within the professional edition of SAP Learning Hub.

A Learning Journey is an interactive guide illustrating the path to achieve a certain skill level like for example get an overview, become fully competent and prepare for certification, to stay current, or expand your skills for a specific role and SAP solution, such as key user for the SAP S/4HANA Cloud for Finance solution.

As a pilot, we also made some Learning Journey guides available as trackable course programs in SAP Learning Hub. You don’t need to search for the individual courses anymore, you can simply assign either the individual learning items included in the Learning Journey into your “My Learning” plan or the entire learning track of the journey, such as all relevant learning titles, to become fully competent.

You can find the Learning Journey guides on the content space of SAP Learning Hub, in the top, under the tab “Learning Journeys” next to “My Learning Content”.

 

Introducing New Learning Formats:

Assessments

In SAP Learning Hub, we constantly try to improve our learning offerings in order to provide a diverse and engaging learning experience. In May we introduced assessments as a standalone learning feature, where you can self-validate your know-how level to enter a course at the right level, providing a more relevant and effective learning experience.

An assessment is the consolidation of all pre-existing assessment questions from an e-book or e-learning course into a comprehensive quiz. It functions as a standalone course item which can be searched for and assigned in the same manner as an e-book or e-learning. The assessment offers feedback for false answers as well as a final result page which outlines the chapters that the learner is proficient in.

It can be taken at any time, serving as a pre- or post-study knowledge check.

 

Multi Modular Programs

The first multi modular e-learning programs are available in SAP Learning Hub. They are being introduced to serve as a modularized learning asset to improve your learning experience. They are offered in the “Program” format which will allow corresponding materials such as SAP Learning Rooms, SAP Live Access, e-books, and e-learnings to be bundled in one location, under one course title.

The programs will be available in the same way that an e-learning or e-book is, you simply need to search for the topic and filter for “Program,” select “Assign”, and start it in the same way you would start an e-learning course. We are starting off with some pilots to collect learners’ opinions on the design and function of the programs.

Search for any of these courses: HA100, HA300, S4C01, S4H01e, S4H10e, S4H40e, S4H41e, S4F00, S4F10, S4F12, S4F13, S4F15, S4F17, S4F22, and AC200.

 

New Design Elements in SAP Learning Hub

We have changed our user interface, leveraging new design elements such as learning item icons and a completely refreshed home space for SAP Learning Rooms. In addition, we organized the content catalog using a consistent taxonomy and consolidating the number of courses significantly.

User Enablement for SAP S/4HANA Cloud

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Implementation Learning Room - 2017 Live Event Series for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Now Starting:

We are excited to start a series of new collaborative enablement live sessions for SAP S/4HANA Cloud starting on June 19^th.

The following content areas and focus topics: sales, finance, procurement, professional services, and manufacturing and each focus topic has been broken down into two-hour live sessions spread out over one week clusters (five days), and will be repeated monthly throughout 2017. You have the freedom and flexibility to pick which session days and times work best for your schedule. For example, you can take session #1 and #2 in July, session #3 and #4 in August, and session #5 in September.

You have the opportunity to participate in 25 live sessions per topic of choice repeated 7 times in 2017, in total you can choose from 175 sessions per topic!

This simplified delivery schedule will allow you to digest content in chunks, participate and always with the option to address open questions and fill in skill gaps as needed. The following live sessions are now available for registration:

• SAP S/4HANA - Sales: starting from June 19, 16:00 p.m.-18:00 p.m. (CET)


• SAP S/4HANA - Finance: starting from July 10, 14:00 p.m.-16:00 p.m. (CET)


• SAP S/4HANA - Manufacturing: starting from August 14, 14:00 p.m.-16:00 p.m. (CET)

SAP Learning Rooms – Name Change

We would like to notify you that the SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics and Planning HCM Academy learning room has been renamed to SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics and Reporting HCM Academy learning room. This SAP Learning Room is designed to prepare members to implement SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics and SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Planning projects through self-paced learning, configuration practice through exercises, and supporting materials.
You can find this room in the professional and student edition of SAP Learning Hub.

 

Student Edition Course and Certification Updates

The course catalog of the student edition of SAP Learning Hub has undergone some routine maintenance to keep up with some certification updates that have taken place. Impacted certifications are:

• SAP Certified Development Associate- ABAP with SAP NetWeaver 7.40 [Updated]


• SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting Associates (SAP S/4HANA 1511) [Updated]


• SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Onboarding (1608) [Added]

You can now find SAP Live Access course systems included in the content catalog of SAP Learning Hub with new functionalities:

The courses are listed with the course item code and can also be selected via the respective filter “Delivery Method” (SAP Live Access).

Check it out, for example at the course “ABAP Programming for SAP HANA”, ID: SAP_Live_Access HA400_EN_Col12. After assigning the course to your Active Courses, you can use the new resources and links.
