Dear All

I am a Sales Professional with 4 yrs of exp. I am planning to do SAP CRM functional and want to develop my career in it. Therefore I request you all to kindly suggest me what should I do to and suggest me any good text book for the same.

As, I am absolutely new for this field please suggest me what else need to be done to excel in this.
