A recent study carried out by Technical University Munich (TUM) revealed a skill gap that may become a major barrier to success in Digital Transformation: 83% of respondents state their company is lacking the skills necessary for the digital transformation. 73% state that their business executives do not have the technology skills required. However, Business and IT need the right skills to define a digital vision for their company and an execution plan for how to get there. Moreover, new skill profiles are emerging, including the role of a ‘Data Scientist’ or ‘Internet of Things Architect’.

How about YOUR digital maturity? Are you and your company ready to build up new skills essential to thrive in the digital economy? Do you need support and guidance to plan your learning journey?

Stay competitive by increasing your digital skills. Adapt to the digital environment, and prepare for the digital transformation of your business with a successful digital learning journey.

The upcoming SAPPHIRE NOW 2016 event is THE opportunity for you to learn more about these critical skills - and how to acquire them effectively:

  • A Learning Needs Analysis

  • Learning Journeys

  • Learn more about our comprehensive program around Education, Training and Learning here.

Make sure that you visit our experts and get engaged: Up-skill for Digital Transformation (LB353)” is located prominently on the SAPPHIRE NOW show floor. It will be part of the “Line of Business Campus”, so simply look for the overhead signage “Plan Your Digital Transformation”.

Interactive spaces for discussions, a dedicated presentation area and onsite demos will make your visit an inspiring experience. I very much look forward to seeing you there!

Best regards,

Bernd
