Thanks to the collaboration between SAP University Alliances and Corporate Social Responsibility in Latin America, we could offer a GBI Train-the-Trainer to students from the CESA (Colegio de Estudios Superiores en Administración) Colombia, from 9 – 14 December 2013.
About 15 people participated, most of them students. They are part of Colombian Armed Forces, who have wounded in combat and they are now in the process of rejoin the labour market through the Ministry of Defense of that country.
The SAP department Corporate Social Responsibility has a collaboration with the Corporación Matamoros, which proudly Works for its heroes and their families in Colombia.
Aulis Tornero, member from SAP University Alliances and an experienced consultant was the trainer and she commented "It was a great experience to share with such a wonderful people this very special course. I would like to thank Fundación Matamoros and CESA for allowing me to contribute and having the opportunity to participate in this project. I have a passion to teach, and doing it in a project where you can change people lives and give them hope is much more rewarding."
Here below there are a couple of pictures that reflect the enthusiasm of the training.
