SAP University Alliances and SAP University Recruiting teamed up to provide an opportunity for students to meet executives in the SAP Business Women’s Network, learn about great careers at SAP, and share the “Millennials” perspective on careers.

Students from Drexel University, Rowan University, Saint Joseph University, University of Delaware, Villanova University, and Widener University met with executives in the SAP Business Women’s Network. They learned how SAP values, encourages, and thrives on diversity. They shared perspectives on what students seek in a career. And they heard how SAP is seeking top female talent to help us co-innovate the future.

Nicole Tomlin, Head of University Recruiting, SAP America (left) and Ann Rosenburg, Head of Global University Alliances, SAP AG, shared that at SAP, diversity is more than just a policy; it’s a smart way to do business – and key to our sustainable growth, innovation, and competitive edge. In May 2011, SAP committed to increasing the number of women in management positions to 25% by 2017.
