We are happy to inform you that we will offer our first train the trainer course for our UA EMEA member faculty in September. The two days course will take place prior to the SAP Academic Conference EMEA in Munich, Germany.

Do you want to learn more about the methodology and implement it into your courses? Then be the first to register on the UA EMEA Portal (http://www.sap-ucc.com/emea). The course is limited to 20 participants.

About Design Thinking

Design Thinking is a creative methodology to solve complex problems and to develop new ideas. SAP uses Design Thinking not only for product development but also translated Design Thinking into many other business relevant use cases. This includes the development of new business models, business or IT strategies as well as process redesign, strategy transformation, requirements engineering etc.

In this course you will learn how to apply the Design Thinking process and its principles to a given problem statement. Additionally you’ll get insights how Design Thinking Coaches work and what kind of facilitation tricks they use to foster group collaboration and momentum.

What you can expect

There are good books out there but without experiencing Design Thinking you’ll not be able to understand the psychological aspects behind the methodlogy. Therefore the training includes a Design Thinking experience which basically means “learning by applying”. You can expect a fun and interactive session. Please dress casual (Jeans and Business Shirt works).
