As SAP continues its journey to achieve unprecedented growth in an ever changing business and technological environment, the company is looking at the future and how people in the company will drive new success. History shows that innovation is introduced by a collection of experience and infusion of new ideas and thinking. To that end, SAP has developed a new global sales and presales trainee program.
Set to begin in 2014, the program will be held at a state-of-the-art facility in Dublin, California and in the home country of the new employees. A full-time faculty will train the participants using innovative techniques, learning practices, and technologies, all of which were designed to promote success in the classroom as well as in the Field.
As a supplement to their learning, participants will gain invaluable experience through on-the-job training, field rotations, and job-shadowing. They will work directly with mentors, buddies, executives, and SAP experts, and they will also have the opportunity to attend key SAP events.
