We successfully hosted the welcome speech for the TOJU-SAP Club with Tongji University, School of Software Engineering in the Siping Campus, September 11th 2015. All the students from the first grade in the School of Software Engineering joined in this activity.
Background:
As the first year the TOJU-SAP Club established, SAP University Alliance & Tongji University, School of Software Engineering want to show our club to students. At the same time, we can spread the enterprise culture and appeal some excellent students to join our club. So UA & Tongji University, School of Software Engineering hold this session.
This is the agenda for our speech.
At first, we introduced the activities in TOJU-SAP Student Club to everyone. The lecture included the Design Thinking, Vocational Training, Competition of SAP University Alliance and Team Building of TOJU-SAP Club. Then we showed them some pictures of these activities. Everybody showed great interest in our club.

Then, we introduced the resources and advantages of our club. Compared with other clubs in Tongji University, School of Software Engineering, we have the better resources, such as financial support, technology support and internship opportunities. Such advantages clearly let our club become the focus of students’ attention.

The third part, the core member in the club introduced the SAP company for everybody. Through his introduction, students had a general understanding of SAP, and many students wanted to join us. And we also set up a question and answer session. In this session, we asked students some questions about DT, VT, UA and ET. Students who answered the questions correctly could get the elegant small gifts prepared by the SAP campany.

After the welcome speech, all the freshmen have a basic knowledge of the SAP company and the TOJU-SAP student club. All of us are attracted by this amazing company. Here are some feedbacks from us students:
･This speech is very useful. As a new student in the School of Software Engineering, we have many questions about this industry. We feel very fortunate that we can have this opportunity to know what is software engineering and what is SAP.
･It is a great speech! In fact I don’t know much about software. So I think joining in the SAP student club may be a good way to help me adapt this environment quickly!
