We are pleased to invite University Alliances members to attend the Introduction to SAP ERP and Accounting with GBI 2.11 workshop. This course aims to explain how the fundamental business processes interact with SAP ERP in the functional areas of Procurement, Sales & Distribution, Production Planning and Logistics, with a special supplementary section on Accounting. Materials provided include presentation materials, exercises/solutions and an introduction exercise on navigating within the SAP ERP system.
Workshop Schedule:
Days 1 to 3 – SAP ERP
Day 4 – Accounting (General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable)
Workshop Objectives:
To enable lecturers to:
- describe how basic business processes are integrated within SAP ERP and Accounting
- determine how GBI content can be incorporated into their university curriculum
- network and collaborate with peers for mutual support in teaching SAP
