16 UA professors and 7 students joined employees of Hilti Asia for a fun-filled day of Design Thinking jam. This is part of a collaborative initiative by SAP UA and Hilti in Malaysia to groom students for early graduate employment at Hilti.  Conducted by Carsten Becker, this workshop led participants through a more user-centric approach in problem solving than the traditional design methods. The participants were really excited about applying this in their daily work and imparting the knowledge to their students.
