Academy Cube is a unique job and advanced training platform offering matching the talents profile with relevant eLearnings and job offers. It aims at training unemployed university graduates and job seeking professionals with a STEM* degree, in order to significantly improve their employment opportunities on the European labor market. Talents**  with a university degree receive valuable eLearning courses to create a highly demanded talent base across Europe. This European platform offers exclusive contents, provided by industry and universities, on a cloud platform. The course content reflects the increasing digitization of production processes, featuring the topics of big data, data management, business analysis, and enterprise software, as well as logistics and production optimization.

What is Academy Cube?
Talents who are just starting out on their careers and those looking for work will be able to use the platform to take professional development courses in IT and engineering so they can better position themselves on the European job market. Academy Cube is first focusing on university graduates in southern European countries and provides information on career options in the IT and engineering sector in Germany and Europe containing job postings.
What is unique?
Academy Cube unites job offers from companies with matching Industry 4.0 relevant training courses for STEM talents on a cloud based platform. Academy Cube is currently supported by more than 30 partner companies and organizations across Europe: from manufacturing companies, through IT enterprises, to universities and public employment agencies. The initiative was announced by SAP at the German IT Summit 2012 and launched at CeBIT 2013 by EU Commissioner Neelie Kroes.
