Who are you, what do you like to do, what is important to you?
I'm Kunal, an SAP Alumni and currently working as an Advisory Architect at IBM with over 12 years of experience, specializing in SAP CX Suites. Leading implementation projects, I contribute to RFPs, solutioning, and asset-building, collaborating closely with clients and business stakeholders. Outside work, I find joy in feeding stray-dogs, swimming, and playing badminton, dedicating my weekends to online-mentoring for underprivileged students from remote villages.

What does a usual day at work look like for you?
I specialize in SAP Emarsys, CDC, CDP, SMC, C4C, CRM and Qualtrics, holding a pivotal role as an Architect leading CX implementation projects. My day involves architecture discussions, technical advisory, engaging with global stakeholders, managing project rollouts, and driving successful SAP implementations, along with mentoring, coaching and active contributions to the SAP community.
What inspired you to become an SAP Champion in SAP Community?
As an SAP alumnus in client-facing roles, my genuine passion for contributing to the SAP Community spans 8 years through Q&A and blogs. Driven by the core belief in 'Learn. Share. Grow’, I'm committed to sharing knowledge, insights, and learning from the diverse SAP ecosystem. This commitment has become an integral and fulfilling part of my professional journey, leading me to become an SAP Champion.

What is your daily/weekly routine in SAP Community?
I learn from community member’s answers and blogs from their hands-on project experience. Engaging with the SAP Community is integral to my routine; automated email notifications for new questions prompt me to respond swiftly, sharing quick solutions with members. I facilitate collaboration, ensuring the community benefits from diverse expertise, if another expert can contribute better to a query.
