Working of the variant Demand03

Hi Experts,

   I had an earlier understanding that the variant Demand03 actually compares the two input demands and stores the larger one in the first output demand operand and the difference in the second output demand operand. However, the variant functioned, completely differently. I had to use the variants Demand07 to achieve the required scenario. Can anybody please tell me, in which situation the variant is used?

Hi,

Demand03

It is a break up of a demand into two demands. The first demand is filled up to the

maximum demand and the second demand is filled with the remaining. The changes

of the maximum demand in the billing period are taken into account.

Input operands

DEMAND  Demand
DEMAND  Maximum demand

Output operands

DEMAND  Demand filled up to the maximum demand
DEMAND  Demand filled in excess of the maximum demand

Demand07

It is used for determination of the higher/lower of the given two demands

Input operands. It will either determine the higher demand or the lower demand.

DEMAND  First demand
DEMAND  Second demand

Output operands

DEMAND  Higher/Lower of the above two demands
