In which year did SAP launch ISU and which were the first companies to implement SAP ISU for their businesses.

Any other ISU history and web links related to ISU history would be helpful.

The SAP IS-U system was created on 1997 (13 years). The old solution was called RIVA, which used the old R/2 framework.
