Utilities for CRM

Hi,

How do you activate the utilities industry solution for CRM? Is there a add-on that needs to be installed? Also what changes are made once the utility solution is activated in CRM like changes to the data structures etc?

Hello,

You use transaction sfw5 to activiate the business function set.

Note 881842 may have some useful information for you.
