Hi Allaa Waked,

you question is very generic and very broad. So it is basically impossible to answer.

Which SAP solution are you referring to, SAP CRM or SAP IS-U? Are you asking about on premise or the cloud solutions? Are you talking about an new implementation or an upgrade? Is a migration from a legacy system involved? ....

You'll find a lot of technical information as well as some best practices there. As soon as you have detailed questions I'll be much easier to provide helpful answers.
