help me in finding out a solution FPWLMN

when i accessed TA

I GOT INFORMATION POPUPPED SAYING

"User XXXXXX is not assigned to a Disconnection Notification Department"

HOW TO ASSIGN

Hi,

Please try using transaction PPOME - Organisational Management.

Search the organizational unit - Disconnection Notification Department. Assign the user ID there.

Hi Rajesh,

Have you used this transaction before?  What is the benefit of creating this workitems over the solution where you use the dunning activity to create disconnection documents directly?
