Hello,
We are working on updating our postal address database using standard program that SAP provides - RSADRLSM02. This program doesn't have provision to update the streets with house number assignment (i.e. maintaining house number ranges which are present in a street, table ADRSTRPCD ). The question is - how are these house number values updated in SAP , what's the precedence ? If values have to be updated in mass, how do we do it ?

this seems quite unusual. What is the scenario? Unfortunately, I think you will need to build it yourself...

So, while performing regional address updates we created streets, cities and new postal codes in our system. This was the first time we ran quarterly adjustment reports to update postal structure since go live.
On CRM screen - we were able to get rid of the errors which related to Street/postal code/city doesnt exist. However we are still getting error - house number (field housenum1) XYZ doesnt exist in street ABC.
This is coming from standard FM ADDR_REGIONAL_DATA_CHECK being called to validate the service address. To get rid of this error - either we maintain house number range in 'Maintain street' transaction ( SR21 --> street --> Postal street section --> house number table) OR we determine a way to get rid of house number errors coming from function module on CRM screen.
Our aim is to get rid of errors appearing on CRM screen coming due to regional postal data discrepancies.
