Hello,
I'm trying to include a document in an installment plan and I found out that the item is being included in a collection case.
The item wasn't transfer to a collection agency but was release for a collection.
That's why when I'm trying to select it to an installment plan it doesn't being included.
How can I unrelese the item and cancell the collection transfer ?
Now I can see in the document itself that the status of the collction is: 01 - Receivable was release for a collection.
