Unable to Enter Meter Reading

Dear all,

I am facing an error while entering meter reading, it tells like record not found in table ezuz.

Hi,

First to enter a meter reading(EL28), a meter reading order is to be created(EL01)...

Check if the meter read order is created for the installation...then only you can enter the meter readings in EL28 and do the billing in EA00 or EASIBI

Hi,

It sure sound like device data problem. The logical registers for the device either are not generated or not valid for the date you are trying to enter the reading. I would try with some other data in the system and further consult the Device Managemnt Function person to verify the configuration.

Hi all,

From what I know, you can always Enter a result via EL28,without creating an Meter Reading Order,if you want to Enter result in a date in which you got a Schedule record.

In other words, the system will perform EL01 and create the Order before you will enter the result !

Hi,
Go to SPRO-SAP Utilities,Device Management-Meter Reading-Validations-Independent Validations-allocate independent validations to validation classes.

then check wheather the validations are assigned in rate and reg group.

Now,again create meter reading order and entry.
