Solved: Unable to diplay details of an MPRN

Hi,

When I try opening CIC0 and entering the data the following error pops up. Can you please let us know why this error occurs and how it can be subsided?

Important Notes :

An asset is appointed to the customer and very much active.

Hi,

We found out that the entry for the particular business partner was not present in the table BUT100. Also found out that the customer was created from XD01 rather than the Tcode BP or FPP1. We made the required changes and the customer is now showing in CIC0.

that field is not standard - i would suggest checking your custom logic.
