Unable to create IP of recalled items from collection agencies

Hi,

while creation installment plan via FPR1 this t code is not showing the items which has been recalled from collection agenecies .

FPR1 displays only those items which are not submitted at all , our concern is that once items re called from collection agencies then it should be picked by FPR1

please have your kind guidance.

Hi, You are right. To create an installment plan you have to have a

position without INKPS.

Did you try to cancel also the release? (TRX: fp03e)

Then the INKPS will be deleted and you can create an

installment plan. BEst regards, Astrid
