I want to know how I can find Device Inspection Date. Is there any FM or Database Table.

QAMR-PRUEFDATUV and QAMR-PRUEFDATUB will give you the start and end dates of the inspection result.

You can try function module BAPI_INSPOPER_GETDETAIL.
