Friends,

I would like to add two disconnection reasons for one disconnection. How to do that?

Hi Abdul,

Disconnection and Disconnection Reason has one to one relationship. So, two reasons for a single disconnection is not possible.

Hi Charu,

In SAP standard, it is not possible. We need to do some enhancement.
