Can you advice on the purpose of transactions:

Jing:
Those transactions enable you to maintain assignments without using the PPOME org structure. The intent is to enable the utility collections department to provide worklist/workitem access ona temporary basis to users not usually assigned to the collections teams, eg busy times of year.
regards,
bill.

Hi William,
Thanks for the info. One additional clarification, do the Agents that you define in FPAGENT are considered by the business rules defined in PPOMW, or do the assignment of work items to has to be done manually?

Using FPAGENT would not enable these users for automatic assignment of work items. Only agents assigned in the org structure can be used for rules/responsibilities. These temporary agents would typically access work from the queue of the department to which they are assigned via the transaction.
