Hi friends

How can I change icon next to contract account in transaction Cic0 with that of a gif? I have to do this both at CRM(front end system) and ECC(back end).

Appreciate your help

Hi,

1. go to transaction SPRO

path: SAP Utilities - Customer Service - Customer Interaction Center - Define Data Environment for Navigation Area

2. choose your active Data Envinronment.

you can define which one to choose using this path:

Customer Service - Customer Interaction Center (CIC) - CIC Profile - Maintain CIC Profile

see Value for the Profile category DEFAULT_WORKSPACES in the Profile attributes.

3. in the Structure section choose Contract Account

4. in the Presentation Contract Account section on the tab Note you will see the field Icon. This is it!

You can use transaction ENVD to change Contract Account icon but I don't think you can replace with GIF image using configuration you might have to use Function Module to populate that image.
